IHSS PROVIDERS: As part of the Families First CoronaVirus Response Act, the Federal Government has authorized 80 hours of paid sick leave for IHSS care providers that work 40 hours or more a week, and for those that work less than 40 hours a week, they will be entitled to the average number of hours worked over a two-week period.
